Do I need technical knowledge to use LinkLoom?
No. LinkLoom is designed for non-technical creators. If you can use a word processor, you can use LinkLoom. Advanced users can also tap into webhooks, API, and custom templates.

Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from billing settings any time. Upgrades are prorated immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

Can I export my data?
Yes. All your content can be exported as Markdown, HTML, or JSON at any time. You own your data and there's no lock-in.
