Access past invoices and payments

Viewing Your Billing History

Access your complete billing history to track payments, download invoices for accounting, and manage your subscription finances.

Accessing Billing History

  1. Click your profile icon in the top right
  2. Select Settings
  3. Navigate to the Billing tab
  4. Scroll to Payment History section

Understanding Your History

Payment Records

Each payment entry shows:

  • Date — When the payment was processed
  • Amount — Total amount charged
  • Description — What the charge was for (subscription, addon, etc.)
  • Status — Payment status (Paid, Pending, Failed)
  • Invoice — Link to download invoice

Payment Statuses

  • Paid — Successfully processed
  • Pending — Processing in progress
  • Failed — Payment declined (action needed)
  • Refunded — Amount returned to payment method

Downloading Invoices

Individual Invoices

  1. Find the payment in your history
  2. Click Download or the invoice icon
  3. PDF saves to your device

Bulk Download

If you need multiple invoices:

  1. Select the invoices you need (checkbox)
  2. Click Download Selected
  3. Receive a ZIP file with all invoices

Invoice Contents

Each invoice includes:

  • Invoice number and date
  • Your billing details
  • Itemized charges
  • Subtotal, taxes, and total
  • Payment method used
  • Receipt confirmation

Managing Payment Methods

Viewing Current Method

Your active payment card appears in Billing settings, showing:

  • Card type (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
  • Last 4 digits
  • Expiration date

Updating Payment Method

  1. Go to Billing settings
  2. Click Update Payment Method or Add New Card
  3. Enter new card details
  4. Click Save
  5. New card becomes primary for future charges

Multiple Payment Methods

You can have multiple cards on file:

  • Set one as primary for automatic charges
  • Keep a backup in case primary fails
  • Remove old cards you no longer use

Handling Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  1. You'll receive an email notification
  2. LinkLoom attempts the charge again
  3. After multiple failures, your account may be restricted
  4. Update your payment method to resolve

To Fix:

  1. Go to Billing settings
  2. Update your payment method
  3. Click Retry Payment if available
  4. Or wait for the next automatic retry

Subscription Changes in History

Your billing history reflects:

  • Upgrades — Prorated charges
  • Downgrades — Applied at next billing cycle
  • Add-on purchases — Separate line items
  • Cancellations — Final charge noted

Receipts for Business

For business expense tracking:

  • Download official invoices
  • Each includes tax information
  • Suitable for accounting and reimbursement
