  • Template description and purpose

    • Name and description
    • Required fields
    • Prompt instructions
    • Output settings
  4. Save and use for future content

Template Best Practices

Be Specific in Fields

The more detail you provide, the better the output:

  • Instead of "marketing" → "B2B SaaS marketing for startups"
  • Instead of "professional" → "professional but approachable"

Include Examples

When relevant, provide examples of what you want:

  • Sample subheadings
  • Specific data points to include
  • Competitor content for reference

Iterate

If the first generation isn't perfect:

  • Adjust your field inputs
  • Regenerate for a new version
  • Use the best parts from multiple generations
