Managing Saved Ideas
Saved Ideas is your personal repository of bookmarked content concepts. When ideation generates great ideas but you're not ready to write them immediately, save them for later and never lose a good concept again.
Why Save Ideas?
Content creation is rarely linear. You might generate ideas today but have time to write next week. Saved Ideas helps you:
- Capture inspiration — Never forget a promising concept
- Build a content backlog — Plan weeks or months of content in advance
- Organize by site — Keep ideas sorted by destination
- Reduce creative pressure — Always have topics ready when you need them
How to Save an Idea
During Ideation:
- Generate ideas using an ideation prompt
- Review the generated concepts
- Click the bookmark icon next to any idea you want to keep
- The idea is instantly saved to your Saved Ideas collection

Tips for Effective Idea Management
Save Generously
It's better to have too many ideas than too few. You can always remove them later, but you can't recover forgotten concepts.
Add Context When Generating
When generating content from a saved idea, you can add additional context or requirements before creation begins.
Consider Timing
Some ideas are evergreen (always relevant), while others are timely. Note which is which when reviewing your backlog.
Cross-Site Ideas
If an idea works for multiple sites, save it once and note in your planning which sites might benefit.
